How to Vote
It is important that your shares of our common stock be represented at the Annual Meeting, regardless of the number of shares that you hold.
YOUR VOTE IS VERY IMPORTANT
Whether or not you plan to attend the annual meeting, your board of directors recommends you vote using the WHITE proxy card provided by management to vote:
“FOR” the nominees and proposals recommended by our board of directors, as soon as possible:
- Sean Aggarwal
- Jill Beggs
- Ariel Cohen
- Betsey Stevenson
“AGAINST” Engine Capital’s nominees.
Voting your shares by proxy ensures that if you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, your shares will be voted at the Annual Meeting. Voting now will not limit your right to change your vote or to attend the Annual Meeting.
On behalf of your board of directors and management team, thank you for your continued support.
